Wicked Lotus — Shipping Policy

Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order from “I need this” to your actual doorstep.

The Short Version

Every Wicked Lotus product is made to order — we don’t keep a warehouse full of stuff waiting to ship. When you place an order, it goes straight into production through our fulfillment partner, Printify. That means there are two phases to your wait: production time and shipping time. Both are listed below so there are zero surprises.

Production Time

Before anything ships, your order has to be made. Production typically takes:

·       2–7 business days for most apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks)

·       2–5 business days for mugs, tumblers, and drinkware

·       2–5 business days for tote bags, aprons, and accessories

Production times can run longer during peak seasons (holidays, we’re looking at you) or if there’s high demand. We appreciate your patience — good things take a minute to make.

Shipping Times (After Production)

Once your order ships, estimated delivery windows are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs holds, and the general chaos of international logistics can affect actual delivery. We wish we could promise more. We cannot.

Total Estimated Timeframe

To give yourself a realistic expectation, add production time + shipping time:

Example: A hoodie ordered in the US could take 2–7 days to produce + 3–8 days to ship = 5–15 business days total from order to door.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the production facility. Use that number to stalk your package as much as you need to — we get it.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 10 business days of your order, reach out to us at wickedlotuslove@gmail.com and we’ll dig into it.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and the shipping method selected. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Multiple Items, Multiple Shipments

If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages shipped from different production facilities. This is normal and not a cause for panic. Your tracking emails will reflect each shipment individually.

International Orders — Customs & Duties

Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

We have no control over customs processing times or fees — that’s between you and your government, and we wish you both the best.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee address changes. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

If you catch a mistake within 24 hours of ordering, email us immediately at wickedlotuslove@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address — we’ll do everything we can.

Package Not Arrived?

If your estimated delivery window has passed and nothing has shown up:

1.       Check your tracking link — sometimes there’s a carrier delay that’s still in progress

2.       Check with neighbors or around your property (porch pirates are real and we hate them)

3.       Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number

4.       If you’ve done all that and it’s been more than 5 business days past your estimated delivery date, email us at wickedlotuslove@gmail.com and we’ll investigate
