Wicked Lotus — Refund & Return Policy

Look, we get it. Sometimes things go sideways. That’s basically the premise of our entire brand. Here’s exactly what we can do for you when they do.


The Short Version

Every Wicked Lotus product is made to order — printed and fulfilled specifically for you through our production partner, Printify. That means we don’t hold inventory, and we can’t accept returns just because you changed your mind (honestly, we respect the indecision, but we can’t eat the cost of it).

What we WILL make right: anything that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or just flat-out wrong. That’s on us, and we’ll fix it — no runaround, no nonsense.


What’s Covered

We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund if:

·       Your order arrives damaged — crushed, cracked, torn, or otherwise wrecked in transit

·       There’s a print defect — blurry design, missing graphic, misaligned print, faded before it even shipped

·       You received the wrong item — wrong product, wrong size, wrong color (we understand if you’re still mad about it)

·       Your item arrives significantly different from what was shown — if it doesn’t match the product listing in a meaningful way

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. After 30 days, we’re not able to help — so don’t sit on it.


What’s Not Covered

We want to be upfront with you (it’s kind of our thing):

·       Buyer’s remorse — If you ordered a shirt and now you’ve decided you don’t like the design, we can’t accept that as a return. Every item is made just for you when you order it.

·       Wrong size ordered — Please check the size guide before ordering. We can’t issue refunds or replacements for size issues if you ordered the correct size that was listed. (We know. We hate it too. Check the chart.)

·       Slight color variations — Screens display colors differently. Minor differences between what you saw on your monitor and what arrived are not defects.

·       Damage caused after delivery — If it survived shipping and got wrecked in the wash, that’s between you and your laundry machine.

·       Orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address — Double-check your address at checkout. If an order goes to the wrong address because of a typo on your end, we’re unable to cover the replacement.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

1.       Email us at wickedlotuslove@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date

2.       Include your order number (found in your confirmation email)

3.       Attach clear photos of the issue — the damaged item, the wrong product, the defect, whatever it is

4.       Tell us what happened in plain language — we’re not going to make you fill out a form

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days. If it’s covered, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.


Refund Timeline

·       Replacements: processed and sent within 5–7 business days after approval

·       Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (your bank’s processing time may vary)


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every order goes straight into production, we have a very short window to make changes or cancellations — typically 24 hours from when you placed the order.

If you need to cancel or change something, email wickedlotuslove@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once production has started.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but your package is nowhere to be found:

1.       Check with neighbors and around your property first

2.       Contact your local post office or carrier — sometimes packages get scanned early

3.       If it’s been more than 5 business days since the “delivered” status and nothing has turned up, email us and we’ll figure out next steps together

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we’re not heartless either — reach out and let’s talk.
